Gambero Rosso (Aim Italia-Ticker Gamb), a leader in the wine, travel & food sector, and Giglio Group (Aim Italia-Ticker Ggtv), the first e-commerce company 4.0, have signed an agreement for the creation and distribution of the new International Gambero Rosso channel.

The joint venture, for Giglio Group, has the strategic goal of increasing the number of channels in its network, currently distributed in 55 countries, 5 continents and 6 languages, on satellite, mobile, web tv and airlines, and to enrich content on the Ibox platform of Giglio Group.

Gambero Rosso, with this agreement, will expand its international presence by increasing the audience and strengthening leadership in the reference market. Gambero Rosso is already present on the channels of Chinese state television CCTV with Giglio Group and in Switzerland on Teleticino.
