GIGLIO GROUP: MASSIMO MANCINI ELECTED AS GENERAL DIRECTOR OF THE GROUP
The board has elected Massimo Mancini (right in the picture) as General Director, starting from June 1, 2017. Mancini will be in charge of the Operations, Finance, Legal and Corporate, HR, and International areas, cooperating at the same time with the units dedicated to the commercial development of the various businesses. Member of the board since 2014, Massimo Mancini was the head of the operational business unit of Docomo Digital, Giglio Group’s shareholder, for the provision of payment services to e-commerce enterprises. Mancini has almost twenty-years’ experience in the finance and administration field. He has previously been CFO at a range of national and international companies and has also recent experience in the e-commerce field.

GIGLIO GROUP: ALESSANDRO SANTAMARIA ELECTED DIGITAL AND STRATEGIC MANAGING DIRECTOR
An important new member joined Giglio’s management team in June. In fact, the board elected Alessandro Santamaria as the new Digital and Strategic Managing Director of the Group. Santamaria, who was previously the General Manager of Italiantouch – an international firm that created and organized the e-commerce strategy of the Tod’s Group’s Brand – has extensive international experience in the field of e-commerce digital strategy. Among many other roles, he was the General Director of Bnk4 Italia (www.saldiprivati.com, Italy’s leading firm in the field of e-commerce private sales) and CEO of Glamoo Italia (leader in the field of web and mobile couponing). Santamaria is therefore a strategic figure that will bring great added value to the development of Giglio Group’s e-commerce 4.0 at a global level.
